Generator Stator for Triumph Daytona 675 & Street Triple 675
Triumph Daytona 675, Daytona 675 SE, Street Triple 675, 675 R and 756 S - 2006 to 2020 - RMSTATOR part RM01389
This is a brand new aftermarket generator stator for the Triumph Daytona 675 and 675 SE and the Street Triple 675, 675 R and 756 S built between 2006 and 2020. It is a direct replacement for the original unit and installs plug-and-play: a direct fit in the original position with easy installation, and no need to cut or splice the loom.
The plate carries the pickup pulsar coil alongside the charging windings, so one part renews both the ignition trigger and the charging circuit. The core uses the highest grade of lamination material and the windings the highest grade of copper, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius. The connector and the rubber grommet are supplied, and an extra connector for the main harness side is included as well, because that plug is a known corrosion point on these models.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this stator need any modification to fit?
No. It is a direct fit in the original position with the same five wires on two plugs, so it connects straight to the standard loom without cutting or splicing.
What is included in the box?
The generator stator with the pickup pulsar coil fitted, the stator-side connector, the opposite connector for the main harness side, and the rubber grommet.
How do I tell whether my old stator has failed?
Measure between each pair of the black alternator wires - all three readings should be about 0.5 ohms, within 20 per cent - and check the pickup coil from green to blue, which should read about 230 ohms. No wire should show continuity to the stator plate or the engine casing. A battery that will not hold charge points at the alternator windings, while an intermittent or absent spark points at the pickup coil.
Why is a second connector supplied?
The plug between the stator and the main harness on these models is a known corrosion point. Once the pins discolour, resistance rises and the heat that follows can damage a brand new stator. Fitting the supplied harness-side connector at the same time removes that risk.
