This is a brand new aftermarket stator for the Triumph Street Triple family, covering the 660 S, the 675 and 675 R, and the 765 S, R and RS. It is a direct replacement for your original unit - plug-and-play, direct fit and easy installation - and it is supplied as a complete assembly with the pickup pulsar coil already mounted, so both the charging and the ignition trigger side of the job are covered by one part.
Connectors and a rubber grommet are included. We also supply the opposite connector, the main harness side, because these are frequently found melted, corroded or defective and are a major cause of repetitive electrical issues - the sort of fault that reappears within weeks of a stator being changed. Renewing both halves of the plug at the same time removes that cause for good. Every product shipped is tested before dispatch.

Does this stator need any modification to fit?
No. It is a direct replacement for your original unit, plug-and-play and a direct fit. Connectors and the rubber grommet are supplied, and the pickup coil is already mounted on the assembly, so nothing has to be cut, drilled or spliced.
What is included in the box?
The stator assembly with the pickup pulsar coil fitted, the connectors, the rubber grommet, and the opposite connector for the main harness side.
How do I tell whether my old stator has failed?
With the engine off and the plugs disconnected, measure resistance between each pair of the black alternator wires: a healthy unit reads approximately 0.6 ohms +/- 20%. Then measure the pickup circuit from green to grey, which should read approximately 244 ohms +/- 20%. Open circuit readings, values well outside those tolerances, or continuity to earth from any output wire all indicate a failed unit.
Does this replace the ignition pickup as well?
Yes. The pickup pulsar coil is part of this assembly, so a bike suffering an intermittent no-spark or misfire traced to the pickup circuit is covered by the same part rather than needing a second component.
