A brand new stator built as a direct replacement for the original charging and ignition unit fitted to the Yamaha Apex 1000, RX Warrior 1000 and RX-1 four-cylinder snowmobiles. It is a plug-and-play, direct fit assembly that mounts in the factory position using the original fixings, so no modification to the engine, the flywheel or the wiring loom is needed.
The unit is supplied complete with the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet already fitted, so nothing has to be transferred from the old stator. It is built on the highest grade lamination materials and wound with the highest grade copper, rated to withstand 200 degrees Celsius. The long harness leads - 875 mm from the grommet to the first plug and 940 mm to the second - match the original routing on these machines. Every unit is bench tested before it is shipped.

Measure the resistance between each pair of white alternator wires, and between the black and white pick-up wires, then compare the readings with the specification table above.
Is the pick-up pulsar coil supplied with the stator?
Yes. The pick-up pulsar coil is included and comes already fitted to the assembly, with its own 160 mm lead running to the rubber grommet, so the whole unit installs as one piece.
