Yamaha YFM Raptor 125 2011-2013 - RMSTATOR reference RM01495
A brand new aftermarket stator built as a direct replacement for the original unit fitted to the Yamaha YFM Raptor 125. It is a plug-and-play, direct-fit part: the 97 mm outer diameter, the 37 mm bore and the three moulded plugs all follow the factory pattern, so the old unit comes out and this one goes in with no cutting, splicing or adaptation of the wiring loom.
The windings are the highest grade copper, insulated to withstand 200 degrees Celsius, and are laid on the highest grade lamination stack. The pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet are all supplied already fitted, so the assembly arrives complete and ready to bolt into the engine case. Every unit is electrically tested before it is despatched.

Will this stator fit without modification?
Yes. It is a plug-and-play direct fit for the Yamaha YFM Raptor 125 built between 2011 and 2013. The dimensions and the three-plug, six-pin connector arrangement follow the factory part, so no cutting or splicing of the loom is required. Check the number on your original unit against the cross reference table before ordering.
What is included?
The stator assembly, the pick-up pulsar coil, the connector and the rubber grommet, all supplied fitted. The flywheel, the stator cover and its gasket are not included and should be reused from your machine.
How do I tell whether my old stator has failed?
With a multimeter set to ohms, measure between the White charging wires - a healthy winding reads about 1.1 ohms, within plus or minus 20 per cent. Then measure the pickup circuit between the White and Red wires, which should read about 258 ohms on the same tolerance. Finally check each wire against the stator body: any continuity to earth means a winding has shorted. A battery that will not stay charged, or a quad that will not restart once hot, are the classic symptoms.
Does the rubber grommet need replacing too?
It is supplied on this unit, so you get a fresh one. The grommet seals the point where the harness leaves the engine case, and a hardened or split original is a common source of oil weeps, so fitting the new one at the same time is worth the small extra effort.
