This is a brand new high output stator for the Yamaha YFZ 450 built from 2004 to 2009 and from 2012 to 2013, supplied as RMSTATOR part RM01331. It is a direct replacement for your original unit, so it uses the factory mounting points and the supplied connectors and needs no cutting or splicing.
The high output winding gives more charging capacity than the standard unit, which is what the YFZ 450 needs once lights or other electrical loads are added to a machine whose original charging system leaves very little margin. It is wound with the highest grade copper on the highest grade lamination materials, resistant to 200 degrees Celsius.
