This is a brand new generator stator built as a direct replacement for the original unit on the Suzuki LTF 500 F Quadrunner 500 from 1998 to 2002. The Quadrunner runs a substantial eight-wire plate that carries three separate circuits: the alternator windings that supply the regulator rectifier and battery, a source winding for the ignition, and the pickup pulsar coil that times the spark. A working utility quad puts this component under constant heat and vibration, and the original insulation is usually what fails first.
The assembly is plug-and-play and a direct fit - eight wires into two plugs, matching the factory connectors, wire lengths and mounting pattern, so no cutting, splicing or modification is required.
