Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit without modification?
Yes. This assembly is built to OEM specifications, matching the original MerCruiser (late) wiring and reservoir layout, so it fits and functions as a direct replacement with no modification needed.
What is included?
You receive the complete Oildyne motor, pump and reservoir assembly, ready to install as one unit.
How can I tell my old unit has failed?
Common signs include the engine failing to tilt or trim, a humming noise with no movement, fluid leaking from the reservoir, or slow and jerky operation.
Is this the early or late reservoir style?
This is the later reservoir position assembly. The motor itself is the same as the earlier 107-122 style unit, but the reservoir is positioned differently, so please check which style your MerCruiser uses before ordering.
